First NACCC Treasurer
Don E. Zentner
1921-2004

“He was invaluable in keeping NACCC afloat during its early struggles.”

The Rev. Dr. John Alexander, first Moderator of the NACCC, talks about how the early NACCC lacked resources but lacked nothing in its will to survive, with the help of people like Don Zentner.

As the first treasurer, Don Zentner’s banking experience made sure the dollars were well spent.

He was one of several members of First Congregational Church of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, who helped the NACCC in its early years.

Don Zentner attended Wauwatosa High School, Lawrence University and Harvard Business School. He survived as an officer in the U. S. Navy during World War II. He retired in 1986 as an officer of Wauwatosa State Bank (now Marshall and Isley).
